Exstra Credit Blog
My New Year resolution is to create healthy habits in all aspects of my life. “Healthy” habits cover a wide spectrum of habits. Of these, the ones I am going to focus on are my eating, exercising, and homework habits. This will improve my life in tremendous ways! First of all, by eating healthier I will have more energy in school and will be able to perform better academically. Secondly, it will clear up my skin, give me healthy shiny hair, and of course slim me down!:) Next, exercising will give me a major boost in my mood. So now, not only will I have the benefits of eating healthy but now I’m also genuinely happy. Thirdly, exercising will concrete my confidence. I will be able to set goals for myself in cross country. I will then reach those goals and have confidence in my ability to soar! Haha. Lastly, my homework habits will improve my health. This is because when you create good homework habits you’re not stressed out and therefore get sick less often. I will also be able to have more time to do more charitable thing such as volunteering at the soup kitchen :) Now the hard part is of course keeping my New Year resolutions. No more fat waistlines, dull hair, and stressing about homework for me! So, in order to keep my resolution I’m going to create a schedule. It will include when I do my homework, and how I will go running four times a week and do palates three times a week. To help me reach these goals and keep me motivated I will create a rewards system. In this system if I reach my healthy eating and exercising habits I will be able to buy a victoria secret bathing suite for summer! Yeah! Haha who wouldn’t be motivated by that?!? As for homework habits my reward will be hanging out with friends. Well this seems like a full proof plan for my New Year resolution, let’s just pray that it is. Wish me luck on reaching my goals and persevering!
